How do I make a booking? Contact us via our Contact us.
Is a booking deposit required? No we don't need a deposit up front. You are trusting us to deliver, we'll trust you to do the right thing too.
What payment options are there? Cash or bank transfer, all the details are on our Contact Uspage.
Where do you deliver? We deliver all over the Adelaide metropolitan area. There is a delivery charge depending on how far you are from the CBD. The delivery charges are listed in the Extras section on our Pricing page.
Does the delivery charge include pick up too? Yes it sure does. Delivery covers us coming to your place twice.
Can I put my own liquids in the machine? No! Our mix will freeze correctly and taste great. If the mix doesn't have the right amount of sugar, ice chunks form and get caught in the machine. This may cause damage that is costly to repair, and you will be liable for it. Please don't make a slushy with cordial, beer, wine etc. Not only will it taste ordinary, but there's every chance you'll damage the machine.
Where do I put the machine? The machine must sit on a sturdy surface, they weigh over 70kg once we've filled them. Kitchen bench tops are perfect, as are solid wooden kitchen tables. Trestle tables or tables with collapsible legs are a bit dodgy, try and steer clear of those.
We also need a power point close to the machine.
Are the machines hard to operate? No, the machines are really simple to use. The instructions are on the side of the machine and we'll walk you through it on the day.
